Topic and Contents of the Book Series: The series Bibbia e Letterature (Bible & Literatures) is jointly published by the Department of Asian, African and Mediterranean Studies and the Department of Literary, Linguistics and Comparative Studies of the University of Naples “L’Orientale”. It hosts scholarly research on the Bible, the “Great Code”, considered under all sorts of methodologies or disciplinary perspectives: special attention is given to the linguistic, historical and cultural background, as well as to the relationship with Eastern and Western literatures. The series is published by the “Orientale” University Press (UniorPress) both in digital, open access format, and in hard-copy, on demand editions
