Abstract: We hear more and more often about Minors, about infallible recipes to deal with their fragility or deviance, as many call them. We often talk about it following a newspaper article, or a television program that reports the case with the sensationalism that is its characteristic. But how many Minors are there in the world? How many children born and how many die really too early? How many kids suffer from anxiety, depression, eating disorders? How many young people are victims of violence and how many are the executioners? How many drop out of school and how many see no future?

This second act of the project, Target Minors: projects for a future, wants to take stock of the situation of our kids, but through data. In fact, we want to start from the numbers, from the certain data that describe a phenomenon, before reasoning about the causes, the actors of the Minors System and perhaps about the solutions.
