Abstract: The volume reconstructs, through the biographies of three key figures of the 20th century—nationalist leader Vasilij Šul'gin, officer Aleksej von Lampe, and painter Il'ja Glazunov—the interactions between nationalist, conservative, and monarchist movements, the key figures involved, and the influence of far-right ideologies within the context of Imperial, Soviet, and post-Soviet Russia. The volume provides insight into the continuity of these movements in exile and the influence of far-right political ideas and practices during the late Soviet era, offering an analysis of internal dynamics, ideological divergences, and influences from European contexts, with particular attention to the reception of fascist movements.
