Abstract: The teaching of architectural design cannot ignore a free interpretation of images, examples, and authors. For this reason, "Cinque per quattordici, parole di architettura" is born. A collaborative effort by architectural composition professors conceived as a formal manifesto. It serves as a narrative support for design, aiding students in reconstructing their own imagery from fragments of knowledge through the free translation of works and designers from the last hundred years of architecture.
