Abstract: After months of global lockdown and even if still in a state of pandemic alert, in the academic year 2021/2022 the students of the Department of Architecture and Industrial Design returned to the classroom. It was not easy at all! During the academic year, several members of the teaching and technical-administrative staff as well as many DADI students were infected with the virus, with quarantine being arranged for several cohorts of students. The courses were organised in numerous different ways so as to contain the pandemic and limit any further contagion. Despite these difficulties, the determination to proceed was strong and, unanimously, for this academic year as well, all the milestones were reached: exams; curricular internships; PCTO activities; graduation sessions; workshops; and didactic-training events with national and international lecturers, including at Officina Vanvitelli with its office at the Belvedere di San Leucio where events were dedicated to Made in Italy design.
