This work is a homage to the career of Simonetta Graziani, professor of Sumero-Akkadian Epigraphy, Assyriology, and History of the Ancient Near East at the Università di Napoli L’Orientale.

Author Biography

Noemi Borrelli, University of Naples L'Orientale

Noemi Borrelli is Assistant Professor at the Università di Napoli L'Orientale, where she teaches History of the ancient Near East. She has published different articles on the socio-economic history of ancient Mesopotamia, with a specific focus on 3rd mill. BCE sources from southern Babylonia. She has edited unpublished cuneiform tablets from the Yale Babylonian Collection, the Harvard Museum of the Ancient Near East, and the British Museum.
