Abstract: The Beyond plays a pivotal role in Carlo Betocchi’s life, through a more immediate word, with a spiritual concreteness, and with only one goal, a humble and pure love for God. The volume is subdivided into six chapters: from “Il Frontespizio” to the modern critical reception of the lyrical innovation by Betocchi, focusing on the topics of “fraternity” and “spirituality”, in line with Rebora’s view and exploring the relationship with Sereni, Caproni and Luzi, so as to better define what the Beyond is.
