Abstract: During the celebrations for the foundation of the University of Naples “Federico II”, the Committee for Equal Opportunities, Well-being at Work and Against Discrimination of this University has staged a photography contest addressed to Federico II’s scholars, students and employees. This volume deals with the first edition of this contest, whose theme is “University is con-di-vision” and it collects all the pictures involved, the motivations of the award and the declarations of the members of the jury.

Francesca Galgano, University of Naples Federico II

Francesca Galgano is associate Professor of History of Roman Law, Law Department, Federico II University, Naples, Italy  (since 2018, bestowed position to become full Professor); invited Professor of “History of sources of Canon Law”, Pontifical Theological faculty of Southern Italy, St. Thomas, Naples, It; scientific responsible  of the course “Peer Opportunities, Law and society”  within the first degree Master “Peer opportunities, Equal Gender and Diversities culture”, Human Sciences Dept.,  Univ. Federico II Naples, It.; invited Professor of a English module “Civil Roman legal heritage: codes and cases”, Law Dept. Luiss Guido Carli, Rome, It; elected member of the “Comitato Unico di Garanzia per le Pari opportunità, la valorizzazione del benessere di chi lavora e contro le discriminazioni” (Equal opportunities committee), Law Department, Federico II  University, Naples, Italy; elected member of the “Discipline Committee” of Federico II  University, Naples, Italy. Author of the Convention Agreement between the Penitentiary Centre of Naples-Secondigliano (where she is teaching History of Roman law during a.a. 2018-19) and Law Department, Federico II University, Naples, Italy, which is included in the socalled Third Mission of the University (especially present with scholastic orientation on the territory).

Francesca Marone, University of Naples Federico II

Francesca Marone is associate Professor of General and Social Pedagogy at the Department of Humanities, University of Naples Federico II. She is a member of the Phd Commitee of  “Mind, Gender and Language” and coordinates the Master's Degree in “Equal opportunities, gender equity and culture of differences”.

 Since 2010, she has directed the Interdisciplinary Laboratory for Studies and Research Donne Genere Formazione (DGF) (Women, Gender and Training) www.dgf.unina.it. Her main fields of research are: critical pedagogy, family pedagogy, gender studies, media studies, psychoanalytic pedagogy, pedagogy of art and literature. Her researches cover subjects as: the relationship and communication training, gender and intercultural differences, education of images and the role of media in education, medical humanities and narrative medicine, children and families in the contemporary context, with particular reference to the analysis of parental models. On these topics she wrote books and articles published in national and international journals.
