Massimo Franco is Full Professor of Management Studies and Human Resources Management at University of Naples Federico II. Director of the HR Innovation Lab, a laboratory for innovation and technological development for human resource management. I.T.P. - International Teachers Program, at the International School of Business Management. Scientific Director of the "Organization and Human Resources" series within FedOA - Federico II Open Archive. Founder member of Arethuse - Association des Rencontres Economiques Thematiques des Universites du South de Europe IERSO Universitè Bordeaux France. Teaches under-graduate, graduate and Ph.D. courses in organizational behavior, teambuilding, team management and human resource development. Scientific Director of the "Organization and Human Resources" series within FedOA - Federico II Open Archive.
